Return/Exchange Policy

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we'll gladly refund you the full purchase price.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shipping damages. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of any shipping damages. We cannot take responsibility for shipping damages beyond this point.

You must call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) by submitting a request for a return merchandise authorization through our contact page or calling our Customer Service at (646) 486-3441. Please make sure you write this number on the outside of the box you send back to us. Returns without an RMA# will be refused. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted after 90 days from when you receive your shipment.

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PRODUCT PACKAGING AS SHIPPED BY JAPANMOJO. ANY ITEMS RETURNED IN PACKAGING OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED.
You must use a trackable method of shipping when returning or exchanging items. However, we cannot accept returns for items damaged in transit where that damage is not reported to us within 3 days of a customer accepting that shipment. Damages must be reported immediately.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. If an order is shipped prior to cancellation, refund will be less the shipping and handling costs.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Non-confidential communication - All information, ideas, suggestions or other communications you transmit to JapanMojo concerning the materials contained in this web site shall be on a non-confidential basis.
